OPERATIONS
Miami Subs Pizza & Grill provides initial guidance and training prior to opening, followed by complete operational support for each restaurant on an ongoing basis.
Planning After signing a Franchise Agreement, franchisees are provided with a Miami Subs Pizza & Grill comprehensive plan with sections developed specifically for their business. This strategic plan defines the overall expansion strategy for the business and provides a solid basis for measuring performance. The plan will also provide proven techniques, policies, and procedures to help ensure the smooth operation of your Miami Subs Pizza & Grill location.
The plan can help educate and motivate the entire staff regarding the objectives, structure and performance of the franchise operation. We will help you develop a financial model for your operation based on estimated customer counts taken from site demographics and other statistical guides.
Training Miami Subs Pizza & Grill provides classroom training for restaurant management. A comprehensive curriculum normally includes instruction in all facets of the industry, as well as business and marketing operations. Continual upgrading of individual training is required when new products or developments occur. “Turnkey” training ensures that each restaurant will be up and running on opening day. Three weeks of initial training will be provided at our U.S. headquarters. An additional three weeks of training is provided on site.
MARKETING
Each restaurant will be provided access to marketing support. From pre-opening through operational stages, marketing support is ongoing.
Advertising Miami Subs Pizza & Grill continually explores and develops new marketing and advertising ideas, concepts, campaigns, and materials that will help restaurants to successfully promote their business. Miami Subs Pizza & Grill will continue to develop a wide variety of professionally designed, cutting edge marketing, advertising, and promotional programs.
Frequent Dining All frequent dining-based relationship marketing will be handled at Head Office, including data collection and processing, and all direct mail contact.
Print Materials All promotional print materials are developed by Miami Subs Pizza & Grill Head Office and will be supplied as needed. This includes all point-of-sale materials, educational materials including videos, and many other products and supplies.
Opening Assistance An initial opening advertising program is provided to each restaurant. We will determine and formulate an opening plan after your site has been selected.
National and Regional Advertising Miami Subs Pizza & Grill manages national and regional advertising campaigns on behalf of its franchise restaurants. The benefit is delivery of a unified and consistent message to all our customers in every community we serve. This includes targeted regional advertising, as well as nationwide general brand awareness campaigns.
News from the Grill Miami Subs Pizza & Grill provides restaurants with a professionally-written newsletter, which keeps our franchisees up-to-date on Company and Franchise operations, new product development, promotions, etc. Restaurants are encouraged to add local happenings, schedules and events.
