SINGLE UNIT AGREEMENT

Basic requirements:

  • A net worth of at least $350,000 can get you started
  • A one-time franchise fee of $30,000 per unit or less for Express units
  • A royalty fee to Miami Subs Franchising Corp. of 6% of monthly gross sales
  • A Payment to Miami Subs Franchising Corp. of 3% of monthly gross sales to the Advertising Fund
